Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance company services, including ISO implementation consulting, training, and management system development for clients across various industries
- Conduct research on industry trends and ISO standards to identify market opportunities for new products and services
- Design and create comprehensive training syllabi and materials
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support effective service development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or related field
- Min. 1 year of relevant work experience in product development, training, consulting, or related areas
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of ISO standards and market research is a plus
- Willingness to be placed in Yogyakarta
