Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily office operational needs, including stationery, facilities, and inventory.
- Support administrative processes related to purchasing and vendor coordination.
- Help maintain and organize company documents and operational records.
- Assist in monitoring office facilities and ensuring a comfortable working environment.
- Support business trip administration and other operational arrangements.
- Collaborate with the team to support general office operations and internal activities.
Qualifications
- Final-year students or fresh graduates from any major are welcome to apply.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Interest in office operations, administration, or general affairs is a plus.
