Responsibility
- Source and engage top talent via job portals, LinkedIn, and professional networks
- Build talent pipelines for key positions
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: screening, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring decisions
- Work closely with hiring managers to meet recruitment goals and deliver great candidate experiences
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or related field
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
