Responsibilities

  • Manage office operational needs (stationery, facilities, inventory, etc.).
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners and company stakeholders.
  • Support purchasing processes and monitor vendor contracts.
  • Assist in managing company legal documents and compliance requirements.
  • Validate and process business trip applications.
  • Support operational budget monitoring and reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any major (Fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Strong organizational and communication skill.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
  • Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, or vendor management is a plus.
