Responsibilities
- Manage office operational needs (stationery, facilities, inventory, etc.).
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and company stakeholders.
- Support purchasing processes and monitor vendor contracts.
- Assist in managing company legal documents and compliance requirements.
- Validate and process business trip applications.
- Support operational budget monitoring and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any major (Fresh graduates are welcome).
- Strong organizational and communication skill.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Familiarity with procurement, budgeting, or vendor management is a plus.
