Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Sales & Marketing team to achieve revenue targets.
- Create and execute sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities and maximize existing client accounts.
- Build strong client relationships and improve customer retention.
- Monitor team performance, sales pipelines, and CRM activities.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluations for team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any major (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Business Development, or related roles.
- Minimum 2 years of experience leading a team.
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving growth.
- Familiar with CRM systems and sales reporting.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Willing to work on-site in Yogyakarta.
