Responsibilities

  • Draft, review, and finalize contracts and other related agreements
  • Prepare and maintain reports related to sales and procurement
  • Develop event planning and coordination for training activities
  • Provide support for other administrative duties as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
  • Interest and/or experience in supporting sales administration, report preparation, or data management is a plus
