Responsibilities
- Develop and improve ISO consulting services, training programs, and management system solutions for B2B & B2C clients
- Conduct research on industry trends, client needs, and ISO standards to identify new product and market opportunities
- Design and create structured training curricula, modules, and supporting materials aligned with ISO frameworks
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support effective service development
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business or related field
- Min. 1 year of relevant work experience in product development, training, consulting, or related areas
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and data analysis tools
- Knowledge of ISO standards and market research is a plus
- Willingness to be placed in Yogyakarta
