Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client insights
- Drive revenue growth from current accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/Marketing is a plus)
- 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Familiar with CRM tools is a plus
- Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
