Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on client insights
  • Drive revenue growth from current accounts

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business/Marketing is a plus)
  • 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or B2B Sales
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Familiar with CRM tools is a plus
  • Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
